摘要
本文针对某电厂主进水阀枢轴发生卡塞的问题,通过现场故障排查,分析并找出了轴套与枢轴因配合关系引发的卡塞问题。然后,依据理论计算和金属热胀冷缩原理,并结合实际运行环境温度、轴套材质等因素计算出了合理的轴套加工尺寸。最后,根据计算的轴套尺寸加工,成功解决了主进水阀枢轴卡塞问题,不仅证明了该轴套加工尺寸计算方法的有效性,还为其他类似轴套与枢轴配合的设备检修提供了可靠依据。
In this paper,the pivot jamming problem of the main inlet valve at a power plant is analyzed. Through the on-site fault investigation,the jamming problem caused by the cooperation relation between the bushing and the pivot is found. Then,according to the theoretical calculation and the principle of metal thermal expansion and contraction,the reasonable machining dimensions of the bushing are calculated by combining the actual operating environment temperature,the material of the bushing and other factors. Finally,according to the calculated bushing size machining,the problem of pivoting is successfully solved,which not only proves the effectiveness of the calculation method,but also provides a reliable basis for other similar bushings repairs.
