摘要
某大型机组调速器导叶的电气开限不实时跟踪水头问题长期存在,本文通过对其调速器电气开限与水头协联机制进行分析并详述原因。研究工作通过对大型电站常用的调速器电气开限及水头协联机制进行归纳,分析了各机制优缺点,最终确定了该电站机组调速器电气开限及水头协联机制优化方案。
The electrical opening limit of the governer does not automatically track its working water head has been a longstanding problem for a large-scale hydropower unit.Through analyzing the electrical opening limit and water head association mechanism,we described the reason of the problem in this article.Then we summarizes the electrical opening limit and the head joint mechanisms of the governor commonly used in large-scale power plants,and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages respectively.With the analysis,we eventually decided the electrical opening limit and the head joint mechanism suitable for the largescale hydropower unit.
