摘要
自动发电控制(AGC),是指按预定条件和要求,以迅速经济的方式自动控制水电站有功功率来满足系统需要的技术,是实现水电站全场自动化的一种方式。主要包含负荷频率控制、经济调度控制、备用容量监视、AGC性能监视和联络线偏差控制等五大功能。本文主要介绍了溪洛渡左岸电站AGC的功能设计,并针对前期主要出现的参数设置、退出条件设定、有功功率信号采集不合理等问题提出优化,优化机组运行方式,为电厂创造了巨大的节水发电效益。
AGC refers to the technology that can automatically control the active power of hydropower stations to meet the needs of the system in a rapid and economical manner according to the predetermined conditions and requirements.It is a way to realize the full-field automation of hydropower stations.It mainly includes five functions:load frequency control,economic dispatch control,standby capacity monitoring,AGC performance monitoring and tie-line deviation control.This paper mainly introduces the function design of AGC in Xiluodu Left Bank Hydropower Station,and optimizes the operation mode of units in view of the problems of parameter setting,exit condition setting and unreasonable acquisition of active power signals,which are the main problems in the earlier stage,thus creating enormous water-saving power generation benefits for the power plant.
