摘要
内蒙古呼和浩特抽水蓄能电站钢岔管完全由国内设计,采用国产790MPa级高强钢板及配套焊材,并由国内企业制造,开创了高水头、大HD值高压钢岔管全面国产化的先河,为国内高水头钢岔管的选材、施工、制作提供了依据,拓宽了钢岔管设计、制造和原材料选择范围,为今后国内同类电站钢岔管钢材国产化的设计、施工提供工程实例。
Hohhot Hydroelectric Station steel pipe is designed entirely domestically,using domestically produced 790 MPa high-strength steel plate and supporting welding consumables,and manufactured by domestic enterprises,creating a precedent for domestic production of high-head,large HD value high-pressure steel pipe.The selection,construction,and production of high-head steel stern pipes provide the basis for broadening the design,manufacturing,and raw material selection of steel stern pipes,and provide engineering examples for the design and construction of local steel sluice pipes in the same domestic power station in the future.
