摘要
为研究双轴逆向制浆机设备性能和对超细灌浆水泥拌制的适用性,针对浆液的黏度指标和介质分散性,与低速、高速制浆机进行对比试验,并研究了拌制时间对浆体黏度的影响。试验中,浆体设计水灰比分别为0.6、0.8、1.0、2.0和3.0。结果表明:超细灌浆水泥水灰比大于1时,双轴逆向制浆机可用于超细灌浆水泥的拌制,所制浆液性能与高速制浆机大致相当;拌制超细灌浆水泥,双轴逆向制浆机最佳搅拌时间为3~4min;双轴逆向制浆机所制3种水泥浆液的介质分散性良好。该试验取的经验对灌浆工程设备选择具有指导意义。
In this paper,in order to study the performance and applicability of the double axis reverse pulping machine based on mixing superfine grouting cement.The viscosity index and media dispersion of paste were taken as research objects,the experiment was carried out with low speed and high speed pulping machine,and the optimum of mixing time on paste viscosity was studied.In the experiment,the water cement ratio of paste design was 0.6,0.8,1.0,2.0 and 3.0,respectively.The results show that:(1)The water cement ratio of superfine grouting is greater than 1,double axis reverse pulping machine can be used in mixing of superfine grouting cement,and the slurry performance is roughly the same as that of high speed pulping machine;(2)Mixing superfine grouting cement,the best mixing time for double axis reverse pulping machine is 3~4 minutes(3)The medium dispersity of three kinds of cement paste made by double axis reverse pulping machine is good.The experience of the experiment has guiding significance to the selection of grouting equipment.
