某水电站拱坝温控防裂研究

摘要 正确把握拱坝坝体温度应力的发展过程和分布规律,对制定合适的温控标准、采取相应的防裂措施以及正确指导混凝土施工有着重要的意义。本文利用ANSYS软件自带的ADPL二次开发功能,开发了拱坝施工期温度场计算程序和徐变应力场计算程序。以某电站拱坝为研究对象,利用本文开发程序,进行温控防裂措施。结果表明本文开发的程序可靠,且采取的温控措施行之有效。 Correctly knowing the development and distribution law of the arch dam temperature stress has the important significance for making the suitable temperature control standards, taking the corresponding crack prevention measures and guiding correctly the concrete construction. Using the secondary development tool ADPL in ANSYS, the calculation programs of the temperature filed and the creep stress field during the construction of arch dam are developed. Taking the arch dam of a hydropower station as the research object, the crack prevention measures with the temperature control are made by using the development process. The results show the program is reliable and the temperature control measures are effective.
