连续搅拌釜反应系统的预测控制算法

Predictive control algorithm and its realization for continuous stirred tank reactor system

摘要 研究了具有强非线性、时变时滞、信号抖振等复杂特性的连续搅拌釜(CSTR)反应过程,提出了一种非线性鲁棒模型预测控制方法.首先在温度平衡点反馈线性化CSTR非线性模型,提出性能指标函数和李雅普诺夫函数进行稳定性分析.其次建立预报方程并引入松弛变量,应用线性矩阵不等式(LMI)技术处理鲁棒模型预测控制系统,在控制输入信号有界的条件下,获得了系统稳定性的充分条件,并给出了相应的系统性能指标的半定规划算法.最后,通过系统MATLAB仿真实验,说明了所提理论的正确性和算法的正确性、优越性. A control method of nonlinear robust prediction model is put forward for continuous stirred tank reaction(CSTR)process with complex characteristics as strong nonlinear,time varying delay and signal chattering.Firstly,feedback linearization method is proposed to deal with the CSTR process at the temperature equilibrium point,and then introduce the performance index function and Lyapunov function to lead to stability analysis.Secondly,by establishing prediction equation and by utilizing linear matrix inequality(LMI)to deal with the robust model predictive control system,sufficient condition for the stability of the system and the corresponding convex optimization algorithm for corresponding system performance index are obtained under the condition of bounded input signal.Finally,the correctness of the proposed theory and the superiority of the proposed algorithm are illustrated by system matlab simulation experiments.
