摘要
设计了一套中子管用小功率射频离子源前端电路.该射频离子源前端电路主体由MC1648压控振荡器产生的信号源、功率放大器、耦合天线及阻抗匹配电路等部分组成.利用Smith圆图对前端电路主体进行了设计研究,结果实现了可产生稳定工作频率13.56MHz、最大输出功率为4 W的高频正弦波.
This paper discusses some basic problems of RF ion source,and designs a set of low power RF ion source front-end circuit.RF ion source at the front end of the main circuit by MC1648 voltagecontrolled oscillator(VCO)generates a signal source,power amplifier,a coupling antenna impedance matching of three parts,the three parts of the power transmission is the emphasis and difficulty of this design.Finally it can produce the maximum power of 13.56 MHz and 4 Wradio frequency sine wave signal stably.
