环渤海城市旅游发展质量时空演变分析

Time-space distributing of tourism development quality in Ring Bohai region

通过构建旅游发展质量体系,对环渤海地区18城市2002—2014年间旅游发展质量水平进行了评价,并通过标准差椭圆、重心法、全域空间自相关分析等方法对该地区旅游发展质量的时空演变特征进行了分析.结果表明:(1)从时序变化看,各城市旅游发展质量时序变化差异显著,存在典型的"高质量-高稳定性"和"低质量-低稳定性"两大类型;(2)从空间格局演变看,空间集聚态势有增强的趋势,环渤海圈内南北部差异在扩大而东西部差异性增减不定,整体上东南部地区城市的影响作用在增强.

With the gradual maturity of the tourism cooperation in Ring Bohai region,the regional tourism cooperation was deepening and tourism development was walking to a good cycle.But problems exposed in the process of regional tourism integration were also increasing and how to solve these problems had become the focus of academic attention.This paper constructed the evaluation system of tourism development quality,evaluated the quality level of 18 cities in Ring Bohai region from 2002 to 2014 and analyzed the time-space distributing characteristic through the standard deviation ellipse,gravity method,global spatial autocorrelation and other analysis methods.It tried to find out the law of changes in time-space disturbing characteristic and reveal its variation regularity.The results showed that:(1)From the temporal variation,the difference of tourism development quality in 18 cities of Ring Bohai region represented significant differences,which existed two typical types that are 'high quality,high stability'tpye and 'low quality,low stability'.(2)From the evolution of the spatial pattern,the trend of spatial agglomeration is increasing and the differences between the north and south are widening while the differences between the east and west are representing uncertainty.As a whole,the role of cities in the southeast is increasing in the Ring Bohai region.Beijing,Tianjin and other developed cities should pay more attention to play a leading role;Backward areas should find their own position and take the road of differentiated development mode to gradually reduce the gap with developed areas.
