中国省际交通运输业能源效率测度及时空分异研究 被引量:2

Research on energy efficiency and its spatio-temporal differentiation of China's transportation industry

摘要 基于全局方向性SBM模型和GML指数,测算并分析了我国30个省市区2001—2015年间全要素交通运输业能源效率及时空分异特征;采用空间面板计量模型,探讨了影响我国交通运输业能源效率的主要因素.结果表明:全国各省市区交通运输业能源效率水平整体偏低,且地域差异明显,研究期内"东高西低,中部居中"的总体格局基本稳定,但整体呈现相对高效区由东向西接触扩散的变化特征;研究年份间交通运输业能源效率整体呈现增长态势,GML指数普遍大于1,各省市区纯技术效率和规模效率显著提高;经济发展水平、人力资本、技术水平及制度因素对交通运输业能源效率有一定的影响作用. Based on the global directional Slacks-based Measure model and Global MalmquistLuenberger index,this paper measures the transportation industry total factor energy efficiency and analyzes its spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics in China 30 Provinces during 2001—2015,then investigating the main influencing factors of transportation industry energy efficiency by using the spatial panel econometric model.The results show that the whole energy efficiency level of the province is low,and the regional differences are obvious.During the study period,the overall pattern of'East High West low,middle center'is essentially stable,but the whole variation characteristics is that the high efficiency areas are contiguously diffuse from east to west.Meanwhile,the research shows that the energy efficiency of the transportation industry in the whole year shows an increasing trend,the GML index is more than 1,and the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of provinces have been improved significantly.Finally,the level of economic development,human capital,technical level and institutional factors have an impact on the transportation industry energy efficiency.
