分散式SOC均衡控制微网系统电压恢复策略

摘要 微电网内的分布式储能单元一般采用传统下垂控制来实现调压和调频的目的,但是当采用传统的下垂控制时会出现SOC不平衡和电压偏移现象,而SOC不平衡和严重的电压偏移将会导致分布式储能单元不能正常工作。针对这个问题,本文提出一种改进下垂控制方案。该方案通过在传统下垂控制的基础上引入SOC平衡因子和电压恢复因子来实现SOC平衡和电压的恢复。该方案不需要中央控制器或者通讯线,降低了系统的成本,具有即插即用的特性。最后,利用PSCAD仿真软件和实验平台进行仿真和实验,仿真和实验结果验证了所提方案的有效性。 The conventional droop control is usually used by distributed energy storage to regulate the voltage and frequency of microgrid.At the same time,the SOC unbalance and serious voltage deviation will occurs with the change of loads in the microgrid,which will cause the system can not operate normally.Therefore,an improved droop control is proposed in this paper to overcome this problem.The SOC balance and voltage recovery factor are added to conventional droop control to realize the SOC balance and voltage restoration.The scheme does not require central controller or communication line,which reduces the cost of the system,and has plug and play characteristics.Finally,the simulation is carried out by using PSCAD software and the simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
