摘要
针对橡胶压块机液压系统结构复杂、故障不易发现的特点 ,利用故障树分析法 ,综合考虑故障诊断中的搜索代价、故障发生概率等因素求解液压系统故障搜索策略 ,并成功地应用于橡胶压块机泵电机组憋停的故障诊断中 。
To complex structure and difficult to find fault for hydraulic system of rubber press, by use of fault tree analysis, search cost and fault probability are considered comprehensively to find optimum search strategy for hydraulic system. It has been applied in the fault diagnosis 'pump-motors being shut down' of synthetic rubber press successfully and improved the rapidity and veracity of fault diagnosis.
