阐述了炼钢用冶金活性石灰的生产工艺过程 ,并针对近两年对某耐火公司、水泥厂活性石灰质量检查所发现的问题 ,提出了提高炼钢用冶金石灰质量的途径 .论证了冶金活性石灰质量的提高 ,对降低吨钢消耗、降低炼钢成本 。

This paper expounds the producing technology of active lime for steel making,for the discovered qualtiy fluctuation question during the checking of quality in the cement factory for the last two years,it puts forward the checking and controlling detailed rules and regulation of active lime.At the same time it expounds the improving quality of the active lime can bring considerable economy benefit for lowering the consuming per ton,and the cost of steel making and improving the qualtiy of steel.
