重力分离自蔓延高温合成法制备陶瓷内衬复合弯管的热力学计算 被引量:3

摘要 通过热力学计算 ,发现存在临界料管比 x*;当实际料管比 x大于 x*时 ,弯管容易烧穿 ,小于 x*时 ,正常燃烧反应。然而 ,常用的增加弯管壁厚和添加稀释剂的方法都很难圆满解决大管径陶瓷内衬复合弯管制备时的烧穿问题。本文提出了一种在大管径弯管的芯部安装芯子的新制备方法 ,成功地解决了大管径陶瓷内衬复合弯管的制备问题。 It is found that there is a critical thermit pipe ratio based on the thermodynamic calculation. When the actual thermit pipe ratio is more than the critical thermit pipe ratio, the pipe will be easy to burn through, however, when it is less, this problem will not happen. In order to solve the problem, which can't be solved completely by former methods including the method of increasing the wall thickness of pipes and the method of adding some thinner, the method of fixing a sand core in the center of the pipe is presented in this paper and it solved the problem completely.
