磷酸盐陶瓷浆料的研究与应用

The Study and Application of Phosphate Ceramic Slurry

选用高铬刚玉为耐火骨料、磷酸盐等为粘结剂、氧化镁为固化剂 ,通过正交试验 ,确定了磷酸盐陶瓷浆料的最佳配比 ,并考察了陶瓷浆料的多种性能、进行了精密铸件的生产应用。结果表明 :该陶瓷浆料性能优良 ,成本低廉 ,具有广泛的应用价值。

An optimum ingredient ration phosphate ceramic slurry was set up,by means of orthogonal experiment,with high chromium corundum chosen as the refractory and aggregating mateial,and aphosphate as the bonding agent.The multiproperies of this kind of ceramic slurry were also investigated,and were applied to the use in production for the accurate piecces.The result shows that this ceramicslurry is really of good property and low cost,therefore it has the widely applied value.
