采用透射电镜对 Al3Ti/ ZL 10 1原位复合材料中亚微米增强相 Al3Ti的形貌、结构和分布进行了研究 ,测试了 Al3Ti/ ZL 10 1原位复合材料的力学性能。研究结果表明 ,Al3Ti/ ZL 10 1原位复合材料中增强相 Al3Ti的尺寸为 0 .3~0 .5μm,该增强相与α- Al基体具有共格对应关系 ,它均匀分布于α-
The microstructures,phase configurations and the distribution of the reinforced phase Al 3Ti of Al 3Ti/ZL101 in situ composite have been studied by means of analysis of TEM method.The mechanical properties of the composite have also been tested.The experimental results show that the size of the reinforcing phase Al 3Ti of Al 3Ti/ZL101 in situ composite is 0.3~0.5μm which is distributed in the α Al matrix uniformly.Reinforcing phase Al 3Ti and α Al matrix has same orientation relationship.
