抗磨耐热球墨铸铁的试验研究及热轧无缝钢管顶头的研制 被引量:4

摘要 针对热轧无缝钢管均整机顶头的工况条件和失效形式 ,合理设计了顶头材质——抗磨耐热球墨铸铁的化学成分 ,并通过试验研究了该材质的抗氧化性能、热疲劳性能和抗磨耐热性能。结果表明 :抗磨耐热球墨铸铁在 80 0℃× 15 0 h的氧化增重不到 4 5钢的 1/2 ;该材质顶头的抗磨耐热性能优良 ,顶头寿命达到 4 5钢的 4倍以上。 Based on the running conditions and failure manners of the equalizing machine head used in hot rolling of seamless pipe,the composition of wear resistant and heat resistant ductile iron was reasonably designed.The oxidation resistant property and the heat fatigue property as well as the wear resistant and heat resisatant property of the material were studied by the esperiments.The experiment results showed that the oxidation speed of the ductile iron at 800℃×150 h was less than 1/2 of that of the 45 steel,and the material possessed the excellent wear resistant and heat resistant properties and the service life of the head would reach over 4 times of that of the 45 steel head.
