摘要
研究了氟碳铈镧精矿制取氯化稀土的工艺流程 ,试验确定了纯碱焙烧法分解氟碳铈镧精矿的工艺条件 ,该工艺能有效地除去碱土金属和钍等杂质 ,得到的稀土溶液REO>170g/L,Fe约5mg/L,ThO2<lmg/L ,Ca<50mg/L,稀土直收率大于85 %。
The process flow of making RE chlorides in F_C_Ce_La concentrates is studied and the technological conditions of decomposing F_C_Ce_La concentrates in soda ash sintering process is determined in this paper. This process flow can remove alkaline_earth metals and Th effectively. The result of the experiment are:REO>170g/L, Fe≈5mg/L,ThO2<1mg/L,Ca<50mg/L,the rate of recovery of REO>85%.
