摘要
用产生超氧阴离子 (O- ·2 ,活性氧的一种 )的甲基紫精处理 ,采用传统的叶片气孔表皮分析技术 ,通过影响肌醇磷脂代谢的一系列抑制剂 (新霉素 ,肝素和LiCl)和激活剂 (Mastoparan)处理 ,证实了醇磷脂信使系统参与了甲基紫精诱导蚕豆气孔运动的过程 。
By using epidermal strip bioassay the paper investigates the involvement of the phosphoinositide signal transduction pathway in methyl viologen inducing stomatal movement of Vicia faba. Methyl viologen affects stomatal movements, including promoting stmata closure and inhibiting stomata opening, but the effects are reversible partially by neomycin (the inhibitor of PI PLC), Heparin (a competitive inhibitor of Ins(1,4,5P 3), and LiCl (the inhibitor of inositol monophosphatase). Effects of Mastoparan, which stimulates Ins(1,4,5P 3) production, on stomatal aperture are similar to the effects of methyl viologen. Our data suggest a critical role for the PI signaling pathway in mediating methyl viologen inducing stomatal movements.
