This paper discusses the guiding mentality and metho ds for teaching reform in Chinese Geography and its teaching innovatio n under the guidance of quality education.It is pointed out that efforts should be made to adopt new concepts,to emphasize the renewal of knowledge composition, and to further familizrize students with geographical charts,etc.
