摘要
通过对新引进的 6种番茄种质的花粉萌发率和花粉管长度进行观察测定 ,鉴定了各种质不同开花时期的花粉生活力 ,为确定采集这些种质花粉的最佳时期提供了依据 。
The pollen germination rate and pollen_tube growth length of new introduced six tomato germplasms were examined respectively, in order to identify the pollen vitality of different flowering time. The results would be the basis for collecting anther and using these valuable germplasms as parents of hybridization.
