黄土高原小流域治理思想体系的发展

The Development About the Idea Systeam of Small Watershed Comprehensive Harnessing on the Loess Plateau

小流域综合治理在黄土高原水土流失控制中已取得了巨大成就。黄土高原地区小流域密布 ,因此 ,依据小流域侵蚀规律 ,综合系统地配置治理措施 ,治理与开发并重 ,可使黄土高原地区最大限度地保护生态环境和实现经济效益。为了促进小流域治理的推广 ,该文在分析黄土高原小流域特征和土壤侵蚀规律基础上 ,总结了小流域思想体系的发展及其当前存在的问题 。

Comprehensive harnessing of small watershed has significantly contributed to controlling soil and water losses on the loess plateau. Various small watershed densely covered the loess plateau, thus, according to erosion laws, integrated and systematically collocated harnessing manages in all small watershed and combining harness and development may not only conserve ecological environment but also come true economy benefits at best. In order to speed up the popularization of the comprehensive harnessing for small watershed, this paper analyzed the characteristics of small watershed distribution and soil erosion law on the loess plateau. Subsequently the development on idea system of small watershed and its existent problems were summarized. Meantime, the keys about the comprehensive harnessing of small watershed were pointed out also.
