摘要
合成了以 β 环糊精为主体、2 ,3 ,5 ,6四氯苯醌为客体的晶体包合物 ,通过多种谱学方法对固体包合物进行了表征 .实验结果表明 :β环糊精与四氯苯醌分子形成摩尔比为 1∶ 1的包合物 ,四氯苯醌进入了 β 环糊精分子的疏水性空腔内 .利用紫外光谱数据求得包合物的解离常数 KD为 2 .7× 1 0 -3 .
The inclusion compound of 2,3,5,6tetrachlorobenzoquinone with β cyclodextrin has been synthesized. It has been characterized by using FTIR, powder Xray diffractometry. Spectral results indicate that an 1∶1 host\|guest compound has been observed with 2,3,5,6tetrachlorobenzoquinone molecule which was included in the hydrophobic cavity in β CD. The dissociation constant K D is 2.7×10 -3 which was evaluated by UV spectrometric data.
