选煤厂粉尘产出机理及综合治理方案研究 被引量:21

摘要 粉尘问题是影响选煤厂高效安全洁净生产的重要问题,黑岱沟露天矿选煤厂实测粉尘浓度达到200-2660mg/m3,且大量存在易爆和对人体有害的呼吸性粉尘.为此,对选煤厂除尘系统进行了系统的测试,分析了粉尘产生和扩散的原因,研究制定了以'堵、降、除、排、净化'为核心的粉尘综合治理方案,提出了对选煤厂干式除尘系统和喷雾降尘系统进行技术改造的具体措施. Powder dust is an important factor that affects the high-efficient safety and clean production of coal preparation plant. The concentration measured on the spot reaches 200~2 660 mg/m3 in Heidaihou Opencast coal preparation plant. There is much explosive and harm to worker health for breathing powder dust. Thereforsystemic tests of dust catching system were made in the plant, the causes of production and diffuseness of powder dust were analyzed. Comprehensive harnessing schemes of powder dust was laid down with the core of blocking, falling, removing and cleaning. The concrete measure of technique innovation was put forward for dry and spray dust catching system in the plant.
