摘要
染料废水是水处理领域的重点和难点。该文分别使用棒棒电极和多针 -板电极系统 ,基于水中脉冲放电法 ,研究了高压脉冲电流对多种典型染料废水的处理效果。实验表明 ,经过高压脉冲放电处理后 ,染料废水脱色效果明显 ,同时其试品含沉淀后的清液化学需氧量 T- COD值有明显升高。这说明高压脉冲放电所产生的臭氧、超声以及紫外辐射等可以有效地破坏染料废水中染料分子的发色基团和染料分子中的苯环以及萘环 ,有利于提高染料溶液的可生化性。但是电极形状对不同类型染料废水的处理效果有着一定影响。研究说明高压脉冲是处理染料废水潜在的有效途径。
Textile processing wastewater requires various treatment methods. A high voltage discharge was used to treat some typical types of textile processing wastewater using two kinds of electrode systems, a multineedle to plate system and a needle to needle system. The results show that the treatment reduced the chromaticity of the samples while increasing the total chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the samples. The ozone, ultrasound and ultraviolet radiation produced by the high voltage discharge effectively destroys the chromophoric group of the dye and the naphthalene or benzene rings. The results were to some degree influenced by the electrode shape. The study shows that high voltage discharges can effectively treat textile processing wastewater.
