摘要
运用实验法 ,对三组男大学生进行推铅球技术教学 ,教学方法分别为原地推铅球、分解教学推铅球、完整教学推铅球。通过 10个学时的教学 ,结果显示 ,采用完整教学法推铅球的一组成绩最高 ,而采用原地推铅球与分解教学推铅球的两组男大学生不存在差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。说明在较短的时间内 。
In the experiment, three groups of male college students are trained to put shots respectively through such skills as shot put on site, step-by-step shot put and integral shot put. The results after 10 periods show that the group with integral shot put skill get the highest marks while the two other groups get similar marks(P>0.05), which proves that integral didactics is much more effective in improving shot put marks of male college students.
