摘要
实验研究不同方法的中长跑锻炼对大学女生心血管系统的机能与心理适应能力的影响。结果显示 :中距离跑虽能有效提高女大学生的 80 0m成绩 ,但她们的生理负荷较大、疲劳加深 ;长距离的匀速跑可提高女大学生的心血管系统的机能 ,并且生理反应较轻 。
The paper deals with influence of different ways of middle-distance race on females college students'functions of cardiovascular system and psychological adaptability. As a result, middle distance race can effectively improve their marks of 800-metre race but they physically have heavier burden and feel more tired. Onthe other hand, long distance race at a regular speed can improve females college students' functions of cardiovascular system, physiological reaction is slight and psychological pressure is small.
