摘要
成组拖动是传动控制系统的一种主要形式 .讨论了传统的模拟式同步控制系统及其局限性 ,引出了一种数字式同步控制系统 ,介绍了数字式同步控制器的原理和特点 .采用旋转编码器 ,在单元间引入一种数字转速偏差反馈 ,可以大大提高转速同步控制精度 .
Electric drive system with several units is a common form of the control system of drive. The traditional analog synchronization system and its limitations are discussed in this paper. Followed by the introduction of a kind of digital type synchronous control system. The principle of the synchronous controller with this characteristics is then presented. Leading a digit speed deviation feedback into units with encoders can markedly improve the precise of synchronous control.
