摘要 多层砖房由于其构件组成和连接方式的内在原因 ,抗震性能较差 .但抗震分析研究和震害调查表明 ,只要在多层砖房的设计中 ,进行合理的抗震设防 ,采取适当的构造措施 ,经过必要的抗震验算 ,切实保证施工质量 ,则多层砖房仍可满足抗震的要求 .结合学习新修订的“建筑抗震设计规范” ,在分析砌体结构抗震性能的基础上 ,结合工程实践 ,对多层砌体房屋设计的抗震概念进行了论述 . The seismic behavior of multistory masonry building is worse because of the structural characteristic. But the seismic analyses of multistory masonry building and earthquake damage investigator express that the seismic capacity could be raised if appropriate earthquake resistant construction methods are adopted. According to the seismic design code of china (GB50011 2001)the seismic conception in design of multistory masorry building is presented in this paper.
