摘要
植物细胞通过一系列精细的调控机制调控细胞分裂 ,完成发育和分化 ,并对内外环境做出反应 .通过近十年来分子生物学的研究 ,对参与高等植物细胞分裂的调控内外因子以及作用机制有了一个初步的了解 ,并逐步确立了调控模型 .
With a complicated and precise mechanism, the plant regulates cell division to precede the development and differentiation process and respond to the intro and extro motigen factors. More than 10 years’ study in plant molecular biology has revealed some of these factors involved in plant cell division control and their regulatory mechanism. A primary model of cell cycle control has been presented. This review briefly summarizes recent advance in this field.
