大豆异黄酮对急性酒精中毒小白鼠的保护及抗氧化作用 被引量:8

摘要 采用大豆异黄酮对小白鼠灌胃后进行醉酒实验 ,灌药 4 0mg·kg- 1 体重和 2 0mg·kg- 1 体重的小鼠酒精耐受时间分别延长 2 6min和 2 3min ,醉酒时间分别缩短 37min和 17min ;硫代巴比妥酸比色法测脂质过氧化程度表明 4 0mg·kg- 1 大剂量组的肝、脑OD值都有明显的降低 ;在处理后 4 5 ,90 ,135min时血中乙醇含量均比对照降低 . Little mice drunk with alcohol after soybean isoflavone was stomach filled were employed to study the effects of soybean isoflavone. It was found that tolerance time of mice to alcohol increased by 26min and 23min after stomach filled dosage of 40 mg·kg -1 and 20 mg·kg -1 , respectively. Moreover, drunk time reduced 37min and 17min by stomach filled dosage of 40 mg·kg -1 and 20 mg·kg -1 , respectively. OD value, which indicates the degree of liqid peroxidization of stomach filled 40 mg·kg -1 dosage of soybean isoflavone in liver and brain reduced more than the control mice that were stomach filled with 0.9% normal saline, and alcohol content in blood measured at 45, 90 and 135min after mice were drunk, lower in 40 mg·kg -1 dosage of soybean isoflavone than that in control mice. There results suggest that soybean isoflavone can ameliorate acute alcoholism of mice to some degree.
