摘要
G蛋白偶联的信号转导系统是细胞跨膜信号转导的重要途径 ,在动物的光感觉生理中 ,G蛋白在信号的转导和放大过程中起了重要的作用 ,有关这方面的研究已是动物光感觉研究中的一个热点。作者介绍了国内外这方面的研究进展 ,以及研究的方法 ,并对动物感光器中G蛋白的类型。
G protein coupled signal transduction is major transmembrane signaling pathways in cell. In animal photoreceptor, G protein plays an important role in signal transduction and magnification. A study on G protein is the important content in researches on animal photoreceptive physiology. This paper is introduced the research progress and methods of G protein and coupled phototransduction in internal and abroad, and summarized the kinds, characters and functions of G protein in photoreceptor.
