结肠癌组织与存活素、血管内皮生长因子-C的表达的关系

摘要 目的探讨结肠癌组织与存活素、VEGF-C表达的关系。方法运用免疫组化检测40例结肠癌组织及17例癌旁组织中的存活素和VEGF-C的表达状况。结果结肠癌组织中存活素和血管内皮生长因子的阳性表达率为59.8%和65.71%明显高于癌旁组织中的13.29%和13.29%(P<0.05);两者蛋白的表达同结肠癌淋巴转移、TNM分期和浸润深度密切相关(P<0.01),同结肠癌患者的年龄、性别和组织分化程度等方面均无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论对存活素和VEGF-C表达进行临床联合检测能够对结肠癌癌变程度、治疗及预后等提供理论上的重要依据。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the colon cancer tissue and the expression of survivin,VEGF-C.Methods The expression of survivin and VEGF-C in 40 cases of colon cancer tissues and 17 cases of pericarcinous tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results The positive expression rates of survivin and VEGF-C in the colon cancer tissue were 59.8% and 65.71% respectively,which were significantly higher than 13.29% and 13.29%that in the pericarcinous tissue(P<0.05).Both protein expression were closely related to colon cancer lymphatic metastasis,TNM stage and infiltration depth(P<0.01),and had no obvious relationship with the age and gender of colon cancer patients and tissue differentiation degree(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical examination the expression of survivin and VEGF-C provides important basis for the cancer degree,treatment and prognosis of colon cancer in theory.
