目的探讨结肠镜联合腹腔镜在治疗结肠恶性肿瘤中的应用效果。方法选取在102例结肠恶性肿瘤患者并将其随机分组,观察组实施结肠镜与腹腔镜联合治疗,对照组患者采用腹腔镜治疗。结果观察组并发症发生率、手术时间、住院时间和术中出血量均优于对照组。结论结肠镜联合腹腔镜在治疗结肠恶性肿瘤中的应用效果显著,值得推广使用。
