腹腔镜探查在胃肠外科急诊中的应用研究

The application of laparoscopic exploration in the gastrointestinal surgical emergency

目的探讨在胃肠外科急诊中,腹腔镜探查的应用效果,为胃肠外科急诊患者临床有效治疗提供重要依据。方法选取2013年10月至2014年11月我院收治的胃肠外科急诊患者80例,随机分成观察组和对照组,分别给予腹腔镜和常规方法进行诊断治疗,分析研究两组患者的手术治疗效果。结果在手术实施平均时间、患者术中出血量以及后期住院时间上,观察组明显短于对照组,在术后并发症发生率、临床疗效以及治疗满意度上,观察组均明显高于对照组,正常完成手术治疗的患者有36例,另外4例患者在腹腔镜探查手术无效后进行了开腹手术治疗。结论在胃肠外科急诊患者临床治疗当中,腹腔镜探查治疗方法的应用效果是比较好的,不仅可以提升手术治疗安全性和可靠性,还可以明显提升患者治疗有效率,效果显著,值得大范围应用和推广。

Objective to study the in gastrointestinal surgery,emergency treatment,the application effect of laparoscopic exploration,clinical effective therapy for gastrointestinal surgical emergency patients to provide important basis.Methods From October 2013 to November 2014,80 patients with gastrointestinal surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and were given laparoscopic exploration and routine examination for diagnosis and treatment,analysis of two groups of patients with surgical treatment.Results The average time of operation,blood loss and postoperative hospital stay were observed,the observation group was shorter than the control group,the incidence of postoperative complications,clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction,the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,36 cases of patients with normal operation,and 4 cases were treated by open surgery.Conclusion the clinical treatment of patients with gastrointestinal surgical emergency laparoscopic exploration treatment application effect is good,can not only improve safety and reliability of the operation,also can significantly improve patient treatment efficient,effective and worth wide application and popularization.
