经腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术联合肝转移灶射频消融微创治疗疗效探讨

Effect of minimally invasive treatment of radiofrequency ablation of hepatic metastases by laparoscopic radical resection of rectal carcinoma

目的探讨经腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术联合肝转移灶射频消融微创技术在直肠癌肝转移患者中的治疗效果。方法选取85例直肠癌合并肝转移患者,入组后先行肝转移灶射频消融治疗,术后一周行经腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术,观察随访结果。结果本组85例患者经联合治疗后无严重不良反应发生,肝转移灶射频消融一次有效率为98.9%,6个月、1年、2年的存活率分别为92.9%、84.7%、58.9%。结论经腹腔镜直肠癌根治手术联合肝转移灶射频消融微创技术在直肠癌合并肝转移灶患者中的治疗效果显著,创伤小,能够有效延长患者生存时间,降低不良反应发生率,值得进一步推广。

Objective To study the laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery in combination with liver metastases radiofrequency ablation treatment effect of minimally invasive techniques in patients with colorectal liver metastases.Methods choose 85 cases of patients with rectal cancer with liver metastasis,into the group of leading liver metastases after radiofrequency ablation,a week after menstruation laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery,observing the follow-up results.Results all 85 patients after combined treatment with no serious adverse reactions,liver metastases radiofrequency ablation an effective rate of 98.9%,6 months,1 year,2 years of survival rate were 92.9%,84.7% and 58.9% respectively.Conclusion laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery in combination with liver metastases radiofrequency ablation in the minimally invasive technique in combined liver metastases in patients with rectal cancer treatment effect is remarkable,small trauma,can effectively prolong patient survival time,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of further promotion.
