腹腔镜在宫外孕合并宫内孕治疗中的临床应用效果

Laparoscopy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy merge intrauterine pregnancy clinical application effect

目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗宫外孕合并宫内孕的临床应用价值。方法随机选取2010年1月~2015年1月期间我院收治的宫外孕合并宫内孕患者40例作为研究对象,根据治疗方式的不同,分为观察组与对照组,每组20例,分别给予腹腔镜手术治疗、常规手术治疗,比较两组治疗效果及并发症。结果观察组治疗有效率为90.0%,明显高于对照组70.0%,差异明显(P<0.05);观察组未出现不良反应,对照组2例,发生率10.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜技术治疗宫外孕合并宫内孕的临床效果理想,且并发症发生率低,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective to study the clinical application of laparoscopic surgery treatment of ectopic pregnancy merge intrauterine pregnancy.Methods randomly selected from January 2010 to January 2010,our hospital during the period of 40 patients with ectopic pregnancy merge intrauterine pregnancy as the research object,according to the different methods of treatment,were divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each group,were given laparoscopic surgery,general surgery,compared two groups of therapeutic effect and complications.Results the observation group treatment effective rate was 90.0%,significantly higher than the control group was 70.0%,significantly difference(P<0.05);Observation group no adverse reaction occurred,the control group in 2 cases,the incidence of 10.0%,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions laparoscopy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy merge intrauterine pregnancy effect is ideal,and low incidence of complications,worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
