经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术治疗老年术后粘连性肠梗阻36例

Treatment of postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction in aged patients with 36 cases of postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction by nasal obstruction

目的研究采用经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术对36例老年术后粘连性肠梗阻病人进行治疗想效果。方法本次研究对象选取2013年3月-2014年3月在本院接受诊治的36例粘连性肠梗阻病人,给予其经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术进行治疗,并对其临床资料及治疗疗效进行分析。结果研究结果表明,经治疗后,总有效率是91.67%,无效率8.33%。结论临床上给予老年术后发生粘连性肠梗阻的病人经鼻肠梗阻导管置入术实施治疗后,可以使病人的各种临床症状得到缓解,提升病人的临床治愈率,且还可以使治疗有效性得到不断提升,改善病人生活的质量,可以在临床疾病的治疗中大量推广及应用。

Objective to study the nasal obstruction catheter surgery for 36 cases of elderly postoperative adhesion sex intestinal obstruction patients treated to effect.Methods the study object selection in March 2013- March 2014 in our hospital's 36 patients adhesion sex intestinal obstruction,gives its nasal obstruction catheter surgery treatment,and to analyze the clinical data and treatment efficacy.Results the research results show that after treatment,the total effective rate was 91.67%,no efficiency is 8.33%.Conclusion clinical for elderly patients with postoperative adhesion sex intestinal obstruction after treatment with nasal obstruction catheter was limited to implement,can make the all kinds of clinical symptoms of patients with ease and improve the patient's clinical cure rate,and can also improve treatment effectiveness,and improve patient quality of life,can be a large number of promotion and application in the treatment of clinical disease.
