肛肠疾病术后激光坐浴机中药坐浴的效果观察

Clinical Observation of Anorectal postoperative treated with laser sitz bath machine combination of traditional Chinese medicine

目的探讨肛肠疾病患者手术后采用激光坐浴机中药坐浴的效果。方法将290例肛肠疾病术后患者按随机数表分配方法分为观察组和对照组各145例,分别采用激光坐浴机中药坐浴和康复新液熏洗坐浴,对比观察两组患者术后创面出血、水肿、疼痛消失时间和创面愈合时间差异。结果两组患者术后创面出血、水肿、疼痛消失时间和创面愈合时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论激光坐浴机中药坐浴能缩短肛肠疾病术后患者的创面出血、水肿、疼痛消失时间,促进术后切口愈合。

Objective Study of Anorectal postoperative patients treated with laser sitz bath machine combination of traditional Chinese medicin.Methods 290 cases of anorectal postoperative patients according to the random number table method divided into the observation group and the control group of 145 cases,respectively use laser sitz bath machine combination of traditional Chinese medicine and KangfuxinYe of bath fumigation,to observe the difference of the time of bleeding,edema,pain and wound healing time in the two groups of patients with anorectal postoperative.Results The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).ConclusionLaser sitz bath machine combination of traditional Chinese medicin can shorten the time of anorectal postoperative patients with anorectal wound bleeding,edema,pain disappeared time,Promote healing of postoperative.
