肛瘘切除Ⅰ期缝合术治疗低位单纯性肛瘘

Anal fistula resection for stage Ⅰ suture in the treatment of simple low anal fistula

目的探索肛瘘切除I期缝合术应用于低位单纯性肛瘘治疗的临床效果。方法采用平行对比和随机原则对我院2010年5月到2015年5月收治的低位单纯性肛瘘患者70例进行了研究,按照住院顺序编号将患者随机分成对照组和实验组。对照组接受常规的肛瘘切除开放治疗术,实验组则接受肛瘘切除I期缝合术进行治疗。并观察和对比两组患者的愈合情况、愈合时间以及术后感染、复发率等评估其临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者的术后甲级、乙级愈占比显著高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲级治愈率实验组的为(48.5%)显著高于对照组的(28.5%),且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的术后感染、复发率显著低于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在低位单纯性肛瘘中应用肛瘘切除I期缝合术进行治疗,临床治疗效果显著,且术后感染和术后复发率较小,对于该疾病的治疗有着重要的临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the anal fistula resection I suture in clinical application effect of simple low anal fistula treatment.Methods the parallel comparison and random principle of our hospital in May 2013 to 2015 may were simple low anal fistula patients 70 cases were studied,according to the hospitalization order number of patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.The control group received routine treatment of anal fistula of open surgery,the experimental group received anal fistula resection I suture for treatment.And to observe and compare the healing,healing time and postoperative infection and recurrence rate of the two groups.Results patients in the experimental group after operation,grade B more accounted for ratio was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Class-A healing rate of experimental group is(48.5%)was significantly higher than that of control group(28.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);in the observation group,the postoperative infection and recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion in low simple anal fistula by anal fistula I resection and suture for treatment,significant clinical therapeutic effect and postoperative infection and postoperative recurrence rate is low,the important clinical value for the treatment of the disease.
