超声对原发性肠脂垂炎的应用价值

The application value of ultrasonography in the patients with primary epiploic appendages

目的探讨超声检查对原发性肠脂垂炎的诊断价值。方法对18例经临床证实为原发性肠脂垂炎患者的超声检查进行回顾性分析,并总结其超声声像图特征。对患者的病变部位、边界、大小、内部回声、周围情况以及血流分布情况进行观察。结果超声扫查疼痛处,于肠壁旁发现高回声团块,大小在3-8cm之间,境界清晰或欠清晰,无包膜,挤压后不出现变形现象,与肠管同步运动,血供不丰富。结论原发性肠脂垂炎具有特征性的超声图像表现,超声是诊断和随访肠脂垂炎首选影像学方法,值得临床普遍推广。

Objective to study the ultrasonography diagnostic value of acute primary epiploic appendages.Methods the 18 cases in patients with clinically proven to primary epiploic appendages retrospective analysis of ultrasound,and summarizes its Ultrasonographic characteristics.Patients with lesions,border,size,internal echo,observe,and blood flow distribution around.Results ultrasound scan at the pain,beside the wall echoes found high mass,size between 3-8cm,realm of clarity or lack of clarity,nonenveloped,deformation behavior does not occur after extrusion,synchronized with the bowel movement,blood supply is limited.Conclusion patients with primary epiploic appendages has the characteristic of ultrasonic image performance,ultrasonic diagnosis and follow-up of acute epiploic appendages is the preferred imaging method,worthy of widespread clinical.
