氩氦刀靶向冷冻治疗对晚期直肠癌及术后复发性直肠癌治疗效果研究

Targeted argon-helium knife cryotherapy with advanced colorectal cancer and postoperative recurrent rectal cancer treatment research

目的探讨氩氦刀靶向冷冻治疗术在晚期直肠癌患者及术后复发性直肠癌的治疗效果。方法收集我科自2003年12月--2010年5月期间收治的51例晚期直肠癌患者及术后局部复发伴骶尾疼痛患者。分析患者于CT引导下经皮穿刺氩氦刀靶向冷冻治疗后疼痛缓解率及术中、术后不良反应、有效率、1年及3年生存率。结果 80.39%的患者于术后即刻疼痛症状缓解;而术后24h有78.43%的患者疼痛症状缓解;术后1周缓解率提高到82.35%;术后一月可达86.27%。结论氩氦刀冷冻治疗是当前治疗结直肠癌晚期及术后复发患者有效、安全、快速的治疗新方法。

Objective Explore the therapeutic effect of targeted argon- helium knife cryotherapy surgery in patients with advanced colorectal cancer and postoperative recurrent colorectal cancer. Methods Collected 51 cases of patients with advanced colorectal cancer and postoperative local recurrence with sacral pain,all admitted in our department since December 2003 to May 2010. Analyze the pain remission rate,intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions,effective rate,1 year and 3 year survival rate of patients who undergo percutaneous targeted argon- helium knife cryotherapy surgery under CT guidece. Results 80.39% patients pain symptoms relieved immediately after surgery;78.43% patients pain symptoms relieved 24 hours after the surgery; Remission rate increased to 82.35% after 1 week and 86.27% one month after the operation. Conclusion Argon- helium knife cryotherapy is an effective,safe,fast and new method currently to treat patients with advanced rectal cancer and postoperative recurrent rectal cancer.
