结直肠肿瘤患者经手辅助腹腔镜结直肠手术治疗的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of adjuvant therapy of laparoscopic colonic surgery in patients with colorectal cancer

目的探讨经手辅助腹腔镜结直肠手术治疗结直肠肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的50例结直肠肿瘤患者的临床资料,对患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,病例收治时间在2013年2月至2015年3月间,将患者随机分为两组,每组各有病例25例,对照组给予常规开腹手术治疗,观察组采用手辅助腹腔镜结直肠手术治疗,比较两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量与并发症发生情况。结果①观察组的住院时间、术中出血量小于对照组,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者在手术时间上无统计学意义(P>0.05)。②观察组有1例并发症病例,发生率为4.00%,对照组有2例患者出现并发症,发生率为8.00%,对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手辅助腹腔镜结直肠手术在结直肠肿瘤的治疗中应用价值较高,有利于缩短住院时间,降低出血量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hand assisted laparoscopic colon surgery for colorectal cancer patients.Methods 50 cases of colorectal cancer patients admitted to our hospital clinical data,clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,the time between February 2013 and March 2015,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 25 cases,the control group was given conventional laparotomy treatment,the observation group was treated by hand assisted laparoscopic colon surgery,compared the two groups of patients with operation time,hospitalization time,blood loss and complications. Results the length of stay in the observation group,the amount of bleeding during operation was less than that of the control group,and there was statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in the operation time between the two groups(P > 0.05). In the observation group,there were 1 cases of complications,the incidence rate was 4%,the control group had 2 cases of patients with complications,the incidence rate was 8%,compared with no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Conclusion hand assisted laparoscopic colon surgery in the treatment of colorectal tumors is of high value,is conducive to shorten the hospital stay,reduce the amount of bleeding,it is worthy of clinical application.
