摘要
目的探讨在肝恶性肿瘤患者行微创治疗前后应用实时超声造影的临床价值。方法选取60例我院收治的病理检查确诊的肝恶性肿瘤患者,平均分为两组,一组患者手术前后行实时超声造影(观察组),另一组患者行常规彩色多普勒超声(对照组),对比两组患者的术前检出率和术后诊断正确率以及观察组内部不同微创手术的术后诊断正确率。结果观察组在术前检出率和术后诊断正确率上都高于对照组,且观察组内经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术的术后诊断正确率高于射频消融,对比差异显著,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论实时超声造影可有效的提高肝恶性肿瘤患者的术前检出率和术后诊断正确率,且对经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术诊断更加准确。
Objective to study the liver malignant tumor patients with minimally invasive treatment before and after the application of the clinical value of real- time contrast- enhanced ultrasound. Selection methods: 60 cases of our hospital pathological examination diagnosis of liver in patients with malignant tumor,on average,divided into two groups,one group of patients before and after surgery line real- time contrast- enhanced ultrasound(observation group),another group of patients with normal color doppler ultrasound(control group),compared to two group of patients with preoperative detection rate and diagnosis accuracy,and postoperative observation group internal different postoperative diagnosis accuracy of minimally invasive surgery. Results the observation group in the preoperative detection rate and the postoperative diagnosis accuracy is higher than that of control group,and group Canon of hepatic artery chemoembolization for postoperative diagnosis accuracy is higher than radiofrequency ablation,contrast significant difference,P < 0. 05,with statistical significance. Conclusion real-time contrast- enhanced ultrasound can effectively improve the hepatic malignant tumors in patients with preoperative detection rate and diagnosis accuracy,and for a more accurate diagnosis of transcatheter hepatic artery chemoembolization.
