胃肠肿瘤外科留置胃管患者中应用舒适护理探讨

目的探析胃肠肿瘤外科留置胃管患者中应用舒适护理效果。方法选取我院于2013年1月—2015年12月治疗的76例胃肠肿瘤外科留置胃管患者为研究对象,随机分成两组,对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施舒适护理,统计分析与比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者的焦虑评分是(39.09±8.3)分,对照组是(53.91±9.79)分,差异性显著(P<0.05)。观察组患者的舒适率是60.53%,对照组是7.86%,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论胃肠肿瘤外科留置胃管患者中应用舒适护理效果较为理想,既能够有效疏导患者的不良情绪,又能够提高患者的舒适度,满足患者的多样化需求。

Objective to explore the stomach cancer surgery in patients with indwelling gastric tube application effect of comfortable nursing. Selection methods: our hospital in January 2013- December 2015,for the treatment of 76 patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery indwelling gastric tube as the research object,and randomly divided into two groups,control group patients with routine nursing,implement comfortable nursing observation group of patients,statistical analysis and comparison of two groups of patients with clinical nursing effect. Conclusions: in patients with gastrointestinal tumor surgery indwelling gastric tube application effect of comfortable nursing ideal,can effective guidance to the patient's bad mood,and can improve the patient's comfort,meet the diverse needs of the patients.
