胃肠肿瘤围手术期快速外科康复护理观察

目的分析胃肠肿瘤患者围手术期行快速外科康复护理的临床效果。方法将2012年1月-2015年1月我院收治胃肠肿瘤患者100例作为对象,随机分成基础护理对照组、快速外科康复护理干预组,预后评估效果。结果干预组的并发症率、排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间和对照组相比,P<0.05,有区别。结论临床针对胃肠肿瘤围手术期患者实施快速外科康复护理作用突出,可预防并发症,加快康复速度,值得借鉴。

Objective To analysis of gastrointestinal cancer patients perioperative line fast surgery clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing.Methods from January 2012 to January 2015,our hospital patients with gastrointestinal tumor,100 cases as an object,randomly divided into primary care control and rapid surgical rehabilitation nursing intervention group,prognostic evaluation results. Results the rate of complications of intervention group,exhaust time,eating time,ambulation time compared with control group,P < 0. 05,there's a difference.Conclusion perioperative clinical for gastrointestinal tumor patients implement rapid surgical rehabilitation nursing effect is outstanding,can prevent complications,speed up the recovery,is worth using for reference.
