喜辽妥软膏配合经直肠热旋磁治疗痔PPH术后肛门坠胀的临床疗效观察

The clinical observation of the effect of XiLiaoTuo ointment Cooperating with transrectal heat rotating per rectum filed in anus bulge of PPH for hemorrhoids

目的观察喜辽妥软膏配合经直肠热旋磁治疗痔PPH术后肛门坠胀的临床疗效。方法 56例痔PPH术后肛门坠胀患者随机分为2组,观察组28例给予喜辽妥软膏配合经直肠热旋磁治疗,对照组28例口服地奥司明片。2组均以7d为一疗程,以3个疗程为治疗期,比较两组疗效。结果观察组临床疗效比较、肛门坠胀评分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论喜辽妥软膏配合经直肠热旋磁治疗痔PPH术后肛门坠胀的效果确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To obervate the clinical effect of XiLiaoTuo ointment Cooperating with transrectal heat rotating per rectum filed in anus bulge of PPH for hemorrhoids. Method 56 patients with anus bulge of PPH for hemorrhoids were randomly divided into two groups,28 in observating group was applied as XiLiaoTuo ointment Cooperating with transrectal heat rotating per rectum. And 28 in control group was applied as diosmin tablets. Two groups are in 7 days for a period of treatment,for three courses of treatment,comparing two groups of curative effect. Result Clinical curative effect of observation group comparison,anal belly score were significantly better than that of control group(P< 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of XiLiaoTuo ointment Cooperating with transrectal heat rotating per rectum filed in anus bulge of PPH for hemorrhoids is definite and it is worth popularizing.
