腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆总管结石手术护理观察

Joint choledochoscope laparoscopic treatment of common bile duct calculi surgery nursing observation

目的在腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆总管结石的围手术期给予护理干预,探讨其护理效果。方法选取64例患者平分为两组,观察组给予护理干预,用常规护理形成对照组进行对比分析。结果观察组各项指标均优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论在胆总管结石患者围手术期给予护理干预的护理效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective to treatment joint choledochoscope in laparoscopic common bile duct calculi of preoperative nursing intervention,to explore the nursing effect. Methods choose 64 patients were divided into two groups,the observation group was given nursing intervention,formed the control group with conventional nursing were analyzed. Results the observation group,all the indicators is better than that of control group,P < 0. 05,with statistical significance. Conclusion in patients with common bile duct calculi perioperative give the nursing effect of nursing intervention was,worthy of clinical popularization and application.
