经直肠超声联合高频超声诊断肛周脓肿、肛瘘的应用价值

Application value of transrectal ultrasound combined with high—frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of perianal abscess and anal fistula

目的探究和分析肛周脓肿和肛瘘在诊断过程中通过经直肠超声联合高频超声进行诊断的应用结果和价值。方法选取我院2015年01月至2016年09月进院就诊的肛周脓肿和肛瘘患者共106例。对他们采用经直肠超声联合高频超声进行检查,并将结果同病理检查进行对比统计。结果在肛周脓肿的检出率方面,经直肠超声联合高频超声的检查率(100.0%)同病理检查相比无差异;在肛瘘的检出率方面,经直肠超声联合高频超声的总检出率(86.75%)同病理检查相比略低,但比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肛周脓肿和肛瘘患者通过经直肠超声联合高频超声的临床检出率较高,具有较高的临床应用价值,应在临床大力推广应用。

Objective To investigate and analyze the perianal abscess and anal fistula by transrectal ultrasound combined with high frequency ultrasound diagnosis results and application value in the diagnosis process.Methods in our hospital in 2015 01 months —2016 years 09 months into the hospital for treatment of perianal abscess and anal fistula in 106 cases.They were examined by ultrasound combined with high frequency ultrasound,and the results were compared with pathological examination.Results the detection rate of perianal abscess,transrectal ultrasound combined with high frequency ultrasound examination rate(100%) with pathological examination compared with no difference;in the detection rate of anal fistula,the total detection rate of transrectal ultrasound combined with high frequency ultrasound(86.75%) compared with pathological examination is slightly lower,but with no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusions perianal abscess and anal fistula by transrectal ultrasound combined with clinical ultrasound detection rate is higher,with a high clinical value,should be to promote the clinical application.
