围手术期护理在直肠癌术后并发肛周脓肿中的临床观察效果

Clinical observation of perioperative nursing in patients with rectal cancer complicated with perianal abscess

目的探讨全面的综合围手术期护理干预在直肠癌术后并发肛周脓肿中的临床效果。方法选择我科2013年1月至2016年2月收治的80例直肠癌术后并肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予疾病常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施全面的综合护理干预,观察两组患者创面水肿、渗液评分、疼痛、愈合时间及满意度。结果观察组术后创面水肿、渗液评分、疼痛、愈合时间明显低于对照组,护理满意率显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05,P<0.05)。结论在直肠癌术后并发肛周脓肿围手术期实施全面的综合护理干预,能明显增强患者依从性,减轻术后创面疼痛、创缘水肿,减少创面渗液,减少并发症发生,缩短创面愈合时间,显著提高肛周脓肿手术患者的疗效,改善预后,促进患者早日康复。

Objective to explore a comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention on postoperative rectal cancer clinical effect of concurrent crissum abscess.Methods our department in January 2013-February 2016 treated 80 cases of postoperative rectal cancer and crissum abscess patients as the research object,each 40 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group given conventional disease care,observation group in the control group on the basis of the implementation of a comprehensive nursing intervention,observe two groups of patients with wound score,pain,edema,solutions,healing time and satisfaction.Results observation group postoperative wound score,pain,edema,solutions,healing time significantly lower than the control group,nursing satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group,two groups compare the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05,P<0.05).Conclusions the postoperative rectal cancer concurrent crissum abscess imposed a complete ban on comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention,can significantly enhance the patients compliance,reduce postoperative wound pain,a margin of edema,reduce the drainage of the wound,reduce complications,shorten the wound healing time,improve the curative effect of crissum abscess surgery patients,improve the prognosis,promote the patient recover soon.
